Personality/looks(description): Very shy but sweet to friends, wants to help people but never knows what to say, risky/ Light blue hair, brown eyes, always wearing a beret, curly hair.

I thought I'd add a little bit of background to make it more specific, if that's okay:
Shizuke's parents are always traveling, so she went to live with her uncle, who never pays attention to her. She loved animals and especially loved to sing to them. She's had a cat named Miyaku for a few years, but it suddenly disappeared. She became lonely and shy and stopped talking to people, so her guardian character, Kumiko, was born. A few weeks after she moved to Japan, she applied for the academy and thankfully got accepted. Today is her first day of school.
